What to do: Never share your PIN or OTP. Check your account only in the official app, and call the official helpline yourself.

Fake Prize & Lucky Draw Messages (Jeeto Pakistan, Bank Prizes)

You 'won' a car, bike or cash, but must pay tax or a fee first? It's a scam. Learn the signs and check your message.

What to do: Real prizes never ask for money first. Block the number and don't call back.

Fake TCS / Leopards / Pakistan Post Parcel Messages

Fake FIA / Police / Cybercrime Calls and Messages

Callers claiming to be FIA or police threaten arrest and demand money to close a 'case'. Here's how to respond.

'Accident, Send Money Now': Relative Emergency Scams

A caller says your relative had an accident and needs money urgently. Always call your relative on their known number first.

What to do: Pause, call the person on the number you already have, and ask a family question only they would know.

Online Job Scams: 'Ghar Baithe' Daily Earning Offers

Easy work-from-home jobs paying thousands a day end with a deposit you never get back. Check the offer free.

What to do: Real employers don't pay you to like videos or ask you to deposit money to unlock tasks.

PTA / SIM Block Scam Calls

'Your SIM will be blocked, verify biometric now': PTA and networks never ask for codes or money by call.

What to do: Don't share any code. Check your SIMs registered to your CNIC through the official PTA service, and visit a franchise in person if needed.
